I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED BEING CREATIVE. 
When I was young I colored, painted and cut everything. I grew up in Northern California with my parents and younger sister, Holly. I ventured down to San Diego for college, and decided to make this my home. I attended San Diego State University and Platt College for Graphic Design. 

My sixth grade teacher was the first person to encourage me to go with my talent. He hung a picture of flowers I had painted in art in the classroom for the entire year. As I got older I won design contests for ads, local sporting events and paintings. I decided art should be in my future. After finishing my education, I was very lucky to get my foot in the door at San Diego Magazine. I worked my way up from General Office Assistant to Associate Creative Director. In 2006 I got the opportunity to help create and launch a wedding publication, "Exquisite Weddings".

These days, I run my own successful freelance graphic design business with clients/businesses of all shapes and sizes. Quarterly, I design and work as the Creative Director for About Town Magazines. Everyday is a new design adventure.

I am inspired by my husband and 2 daughters (12 and 10). They keep me busy and support me in everything I do. My daughter's smiles just melt me. I love creating, designing, producing photo shoots and being part of a team. Now that I am freelancing I have the time to do what I love and spend more time with my family.

I design ... covers, editorial, invitations, logos, ads, marketing material and everything in between. I also specialize in branding, creative concepts and producing photo shoots.
